Hi! I'm Kristy.

I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified 200-HR Yoga Instructor, and a Certified Strategic Life Coach with training in NLP and EFT/TFT Tapping.

I feel my calling in life as a healer is to help others release themselves emotionally from the pain, stress, and burdens they carry with them. Because of my own struggles with emotional pain and trauma, I know that sometimes just having someone who believes you and is on your side and hears you is so precious and valuable. I want so much to help others find the relief I've found in the methods I practice, which is why I started Seven Magnolias Healing.

I believe there are many issues that show up in our lives that are a result of past events, of harmful thought patterns and beliefs, and from physical/emotional traumas that can become "stuck" in our energetic and physical bodies and need to be cleared in order to free us to become our authentic selves.

Sometimes we just need someone with us as we explore the unknown, the buried, the painful things that we don't talk about. I'd love to be the one to walk that path with you so you won't have to walk it alone.

The first one I hear every time I do a meditation recorded by my first Reiki teacher, so it's the one I like best. It uses positive language which is helpful when trying to develop good habits and goals. The second one is closest to the original principles as translated.
